Peter Chou was bestowed the degree of Honor PhD

In the 2011 Anniversary of the National Taiwan Ocean University, Peter Chou,
a 1985 graduate, was bestowed the degree of Honor PhD of College of
Engineering. Mr. Shyue-Ching Lu, President, Chunghwa Telecom Global, Inc.,
Ms. Cher Wang, President, HTC Corporation, and Mr. F.T. Jo, co-founder and
former CEO, HTC Corporation, attended the celebration for speech. Mr. Wen-
Chi Chen, GM and CEO, VIA Technologies Inc., also attended the celebration.

Chin-Yuan Lin received the Outstanding Alumni Award

In the 2011 Anniversary of the National Taiwan Ocean University, Chin-Yuan Lin, a 1975 graduate from department of Electrical Engineering received the Outstanding Alumni Award.
